- Fill up an application form physically and apply for a home loan with Axis Finance
- Submit required KYC, Financial, and Property documents
- Axis Finance initiates the processing of the loan along with legal and technical verification
- After checking with the documents they check the loan eligibility of the applicant. After which Axis Finance will provide a sanction letter. Typically it includes a few important details such as sanctioned loan amount, interest rate, loan tenure, type of interest rate applicable, EMI payable, validity of sanction letter, special conditions (if any), and other terms and conditions

Once you have submitted all your documents required and loan processing is initiated by Axis Finance then, it will take upto 10-15 working days for Axis Finance to sanction a home loan.
A minimum CIBIL score of 750 is what you need to secure an Axis Finance Home Loan.
The maximum loan amount usually sanctioned by Axis Finance is Rs 10 crores. Meanwhile, the minimum loan amount is customized as per requirement of the client.
It is not compulsory to have a co-applicant while applying for an Axis Finance Home. However, if you do possess one it helps improve your loan eligibility, and show the lender your ‘Creditworthiness’ and chances to improve terms and conditions.
During your Axis Finance Home Loan tenure your rate of interest (ROI) will change regularly depending on the type of ROI you choose. For example, if you select a floating interest rate then there will be frequent changes. However, if you select a fixed interest rate then there will be no change to it.
If you possess IT returns for three financial years, then your chances of securing an Axis Finance Home Loan will improve significantly. However, you still secure an Axis Finance Home Loan despite not having IT returns for three financial years, provided you take a small loan amount and your CIBIL score is good.
